Q. What do we need to bring/wear?
A.
Swimmers, towel and camera, very casual shorts/shirt
and comfortable closed shoes. Leave your white clothes
and high heels at home.
Q. How do we get home from Noosa?
A. Fraser Island Adventure Tours provide door to door
service on the coast route, so wherever we picked
you up from we will return you to.

Q. Are there seatbeats in the tour vehicles?
A. Safety is very important to us, so all our buses are
fitted out with seatbelts to Queensland Transport regulations.
By law you are required to wear these.
Q. Can we have the front seat?
A: No, all seating is rotated during the day - no favourites.
Q. Do you serve chicken with lunch?
A. No, we serve steak, fish or vegetarian meals.
Q. Does the fish served
have bones?
A. Although fish is filleted we do not guarantee there
are no bones. We find more people are choosing our fine
white quality fish fillets over the other choices
available.
Q. Are there half day trips available?
A. No - It's too far to travel for a half day. Ask about
special group charters for other options.
Q. Do you still go if it's raining?
A. We go regardless unless management determines it's
unsafe or pointless. You will be surprised what different
features you'll see when it rains though, so still
very worthwhile.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard, Diners and Amex
Q. Do you have discounts for group standby?
A. Sometimes..Contact
us for further details.
Q. How
early do I have to book?
A. We recommend you book early as possible
as we are generally fully booked each day.
Q. What does 'Advanced
Eco Tourism Accredited' mean?
A. Fraser Island is in danger of being 'loved to death'. Fraser Island Adventure
Tours pride itself on sustainable tourism. We take great care to ensure that
the Great Fraser Inland fauna and flora is still here to be appreciated for centuries
to come. |
